I have problems with the first joints on all my fingers from overuse but I can't say I've ever been bothered from anything to do with a handgun. YMMV.

Never had that with a Glock, but I get carpal tunnel like pain from handling a stock AR for long.
The grips are just so small, and my hands are so big, that it's painful to hold for long.

i dont feel pain but i do find the 19 to be least comfortable glock. something about it just fits wrong. 17 is great. 26 is so so but i understand why it sucks. its too small have to settle for a 2 finger grip. the 19 should be fine but somehow its worse to shoot than the 26. its still usable but i dont like the 19.

Split fracture on both of my bones connecting at my wrist got broken in bike accident. Anything bigger than a 45acp fucking hurts it.
