Yeah Yeah we all got our AR's, AK's, Glocks, etc...
But you can't call yourself a real /k/ommando without your trench melee weapon.
Anything from your shitty Mosin bayonet, box cutter, Billy club, all the way to a heavenly dragon dido.
What's your pick /k/? And why?
I have a trench club at home next to my nightstand glock. I know a big bowie knife is probably better, but imagine swinging a spiked wooden death stick at someone?

This is the cheap imitation I actually own. Sturdy enough for a couple of whacks though. Gonna put some baseball bat rubber grip on it though.
>>31937996
Forgot pic -_-
>>31937998
I got that same one my nigga
>>31937985
Why maces? Swords are typically better and more lethal against unarmored soldiers, no?
either this or a bayonet
My breaching tool
>>31938771
Maces are simple as fuck, you actually have to know how to use a sword and where to stab.
>>31938771
Swords are more lethal, but that doesn't necessarily mean they stop someone faster.
You can stab a guy clean through, but there might be enough life in him to kill you in the process. You get a good shot to the head, dude is going out.
Maces and clubs are still plenty good enough to kill people, don't know how people get this RPG like mindset where blunt force trauma is useless unless the guy's wearing armor.
>>31938771
Becusae OP can't make sword in his basement.

Fan fact: sailors in the Navies were armed with swords (cutlasses) not maces, axes or sticks. And most sailors had no sword training at all.
Melee weapon of choice

Ants
>>31938875
I don't buy it. Most swords are cutting weapons and unless you fuck up the edge alignment, it'll do more damage than a mace (even then, it'll be about even).
>>31939050
Stabbing doesn't have as much stopping power. Cutting has more than hitting with a blunt object, almost always.
>>31939338
I guess it was because it's easier to cut ropes with a cutlass than with a club or a mace
>>31940077
Except you cut rope with, you know, a knife, not your fucking cutlass.
>>31937998
Where get
>>31937985
>that doorstop mace
Fuck. That'd be pretty dangerous for a few swings until the spring gets stretched out or tangled up in something
and only drunk scotsmen swing stick grenades in melee you silly shit
r8 my mace
>>31940346
better have some scrumpy to go with that.
I just realized you could probably take a small oil filter, paint it, and make a convincing looking fake stick grenade and use it to scare the shit out of someone.
>>31940232
BUDK
>>31940430
Do normal people even know what a stick grenade is?
>>31940636
Probably not, but it'd probably make for a half decent bludgeon all the same
Got my nugget bayonet, a cheap machete, and enough knives to make a DeviantArt OC laying around in various places.
Also the classic aluminum bat behind the door.
>>31938873
noice
>>31940077
Yeah but you don't go boarding other ships with your knife in hand
>>31939338
Fun fact: Next to the spear a club was a more common weapon than the sword
>>31937985
>Model 24 grenade
>melee
A sober person would throw it.
