Well if you've watched the rest of these test videos you'd see that none of the guns he's tested have done all that great.

The best was the glock, the m&p was probably second best but apparently the firing pin hydro locks when completely submerged

No so far the Arex Rex Zero 1 is the only one to pass the elemental test. He also did a 1000 round in 14 minutes test and that gun passed that too with no malfunctions.

The glock and Walther ppq are probably in 2nd place through that elemental test. I'm waiting for a cz p07 and other hammer fired guns for tests cuz so far his 226 legion and mk25 failed

The Glock 17 did fantastic IMO.

The only gun to not have a failure is the arex rex zero 1s. The glock was 2nd place with 5 failures in 2 runs of the gauntlet, 2 in the first run and 3 in the second run. (I guess they aren't counting the dbl feed in the 2nd run on the video)

Idk which gun I'd say got 3rd place. On one hand you had the vp9 and hi point req a bunch of immediate action to shoot again, but they never seized up like the ppq m2 did.

According to MAC they already filmed the vp9 tactical with the heavier recoil spring, so it remains to be seen if the recoil spring fixes the failure to go into battery or not.
I just wish they'd test both the 92FS and USP9
