I'm surprised the AR-10/real fucking NATO are hardly even used in shootings. It's an absolutely devastating round and you wouldn't need to double tap targets as often. Armored targets would be shit out of luck real fucking fast with hammer pairs firing at them as the general issue SAPI plates would be rendered useless in at most four direct shots to them.

Only real downside is weight and maybe recoil if you're a limp-wrist bitch. AR-10 25 round mags are the same length as AR-15 30 round mags and can be stored within the same pouches so ammo capacity is an non-issue.

Also longer range.

Start off in a truck. Something tall, heavy and easy to armor up. Drive through a busy crowd (think Times Square on NYE or a Clinton rally) to start off. Go for 80+.

If you have to use a gun, a Mini 14 will do you just fine. Try fighting on advantageous terrain - an island a way aways from the mainland (don't wanna make it easy for eventual snipers) full of unarmed commie kids is ideal.

It's done on a impulse so the planning phase isn't exactly all there. Knowledge of weapons and calibers of bullets is not in the general public's knowledge so the most known calibers are the ones that are most often used hence why the 5.56 "Splits the moose in two" round is the one that is most often used.

While the P90 may be sort of concealable, have higher then normal ammo capacity, and is extremely controllable from bullets with only 0.35 lb-sec of recoil, you should be cautioned OP that it's shots have the mass and diameter of .22lr and only go about %40 faster.
