Look this over, I've used them in a few builds, no issues.

I have some NiB carriers and bolts from Spikes, and one from AAC. None have given me any problems and are pretty much wipe clean. (as long as I keep it lubed, and I do lube) The bolt tail still gets some heavy carbon fouling that needs a little attention when cleaning. If you're buying it for muh shiny silver, don't. After a few hundred rounds the BGC starts getting dark gray.

It's not so much that they got hacked. It's that they required drivers' licenses from people just buying ammo, and they didn't have adequate security in place to protect this information.

Stop buying NiB, the process requires coating the BCG with something that alters its dimensions and can easily peel off if not done correctly. Use phosphated or nitrided BCGs.

If you want a good BCG check WCArmory or Cryptic Coatings for their Toolcraft Nitride BCGs.
