why can't russia with pakfa?

china can s duct 5th gen fighter
america can s duct 5th gen fighter
why can't russia?
>>
>>31912498
Literally a 4.5 gen meme plane
>>
>>31912498
because russia is shit and can't make decent jet engines. their shit burns the fuck out in a fraction of the time as a western engine. the chinks copy the west.
>>
>>31912498
China can't even make engines or men. I mean, get real bro.
>>
Russia has never cared much for stealth.

See- TU-95. Its so loud submarines hear it thousands of miles away, but enough of them are unstoppable. Also see cold war Soviet SSNs. They were so loud but they could outrun any torpedo so it was unstoppable.

The scariest movie villains are ones you can't stop and sense coming. Like the Alien, the beeping of the motion detector is terrifying. The Terminators blowing everything out of their way to get to you is scary. The Trex in Jurassic Park you always hear walking before you see it.
>>
>>31912541
The same thing doesn't apply to planes, though?
We're not at Scramjet meme magic mach 10 outrunning any rocket motor propelled SAM or AAM that isn't the size of a Scud.

Also
>Le overwhelming numbers

If the Soviets had flown ALL of their Tu-95's in the 70's over the Pacific and tried to bomb the West coast literally none would get through. F-14's would shoot them all down. You realize that F-14's can carry more than one missile, right?
>>
>>31912541
The numbers argument is sort of silly when Russia has far fewer modern aircraft than it's peers.
>>
They can. They chose not to. Su-47 had s-ducts.
>>
>>31912498
Why can't America into supersonic anti ship missiles?
Why can't America into space rocket engines?
Why can't America stop sharting in marts?

And will get Russians killed and lose tge war if they ever try to fight someone that doesn't suck.

>anything is possible

Right, I mean, I guess if every F-14 pilot was busy in a huge circle jerk on the deck playing the largest game of soggy waffle in the history of the Navy on the carrier deck (a feat I'm sure is impressive) TU-95s could get through, but we should probably analyze plans based on factors within the realm of possibility, right?

Doesn't really matter, Russia isn't gearing up for war against anyone.

Ur assuming that shit teir j20 is even stealth.

not anymore ^^

At least he did his homework. And pretty well, at that.

You, /k/ and a lot of other """""experts"""" basically did nothing but eyeballing along with racist notions.

No.

I'm going to post it in every thread until someone provides me with a better modelling.

Good luck with that.

Or are you just talking out of your ass?

They are.

Aus Air power has never posted any professional study.

Israel sells their stolen U.S. military secrets to China but not Russia.

Still has a Chinese pilot so I'm not overly concerned.
>>
>>31912884
It's my goddam right to start in a Mart, what do you think the fucking 13th amendment is?
>>
Because for some reason, the russian choose to spend their hacking resources to hack hillary's email, and not our top secret aero research technology.

At least that's what our news outlet said
>>
>>31913669
Why would you want the canopy to be radar reflective? Wouldn't you want it to absorb radar energy like the rest of the plane?
>>
>>31913676
No, I don't think you understand, no study Air Power Aus has ever been professionally done, they've all been done to fit a narrative. They're not even peer reviewed.
>>
>>31913182
Not as effective and interfere with airflow.

Furthermore Super Hornets have s-ducts.
>>
>>31913770
I dont think you understand.

The burden of proof lies with you. And you have posted nothing with even a semblance of being a serious study to disprove the notion that the J-20 is a stealth fighter with good VLO characteristics.
>>
>>31913650
>Was this study done by another PhD proven wrong?

You should be asking if it was ever proven correct.
>>
>>31913796
I should be asking you for proof.
>>
>>31913793
>burden of proof

Ok, so, you also don't know what that means it seems.

Also, I'm not the guy who you were debating about the J20, I'm avidly telling you never to use air Power Aus for any kind of information regarding defense aerospace.

They don't do anything in terms of a professional study and they rely on people like Pierre Sprey, a discredited hack.

The J20 is a decent LO strike aircraft, and that's what the PLAAF want it for, it can hit targets in places like Vietnam and Burma and act as a regional power projection tool. And undoubtedly this will push development or procurement of 4.5 to 5th gen aircraft in neighboring countries.
>>
>>31913814
I am not the anon you are arguing with, neither of you are backing up your claims.
>>
where are the stealth shape exhaust paddle nozzles?
>>
>>31913838
paddle nozzles are anything but stealthy.

Which is why the Japanese attempt at stealth fighter is so pathetic.

That japanese plane is a tech demonstrator and a test mule.

I'm talking about what the f-22 has
>>
>>31913875
Good way for IR suppression, but takes away too much T/W because they are heavy.

F-119 would have a lot higher T/W ratio if not for these nozzles.

Chinese cant afford to lose T/W ratio. At least not on the interim engines they are now using.
>>
>>31913904
Not even then, and for the mission of the J20 IR suppression wouldn't really matter, they care about head or canted head on RCS.
>>
>>31913929
Well, I'm not sure.

The Chinese evidently put non-round stealth nozzles on anything that they technologically can get away with, like for some of their jet-powered drones, for example.

If the WS-15 meets their basic T/W requirements, I'm quite sure they will do it. And if the WS-15 also has TVC, they would also remove the ventral fins as well.
>>
Anyone has a pic of F-22 with open bay like >>31913006
>>
>>31913980
I mean F-35

Sorry
