Ayylmao holsters work, but they aren't that comfy. Stealthgear mini is much comfier for my walther CCP.

Been thinking about them for a new CCW pistol.

I bought a gcode incog holster and at first I hated it. But once you remove one of the clips it's much better. I use it for appendix carry.

I like it. Was going to get a shield in 9mm, but then I saw the inRangeTV review. Basically, bought it to be a hipster.

It's very easy to shoot. Recoil isn't snappy. The trigger pull is long and takes getting used to. This thing gets dirty very fast. Takedown is frustrating, but I can get it stripped with only a couple obscenities after some practice. The grip texture is really sharp and the grip is comfy in my hands.

Monitoring this thread. Probably going to pick up a Shield come springtime. Dressing around a Glock 19 in hot weather is a pain in the ass. Anyone here appendix carry? It seems like a great place to hide a gun, but I'm not sure I can get over the idea of aiming a loaded chamber with no external safety at the ol' meat and two veg.

As long as your holster has a trigger guard there's no way the round will fire. The shield has a heavy trigger on it so it's not going to function unless you got your finger in the trigger guard. I appendix carry it no problem but it can get uncomfortable. It jams into my gut when I'm trying to tie my shoes. No I'm not fat.

Appendix carry isn't as scary in my mind, because you can look down while you reholster. Glock leg happens when something gets into the trigger guard while holstering (clothing, fingers, etc.). If your holster is a good kydex one, the only issue will be reholstering.

I really like my King Tuk. I am thinking of getting a new holster, one with room for a light. Haven't seen very many for a XD-s in general and I have yet to find one that will take a XDs and light. Normally I carry on my hip, roughly 3 o'clock. Thinking of going to appendix. Anyone know of a good brand? I would prefer kydex & leather.

That's pretty stupid. I had the aliengear 3.0 and you could get extra shells for like 12 bucks. I returned it though unfourtunately, I kind of regret that now because I am looking more into IWB since I got the Shield. I had the g19 shell and it was a little hard to conceal but I wouldn't mind the option for both

I find the XD-s is perfect for carrying all the time. So I feel no need for another handgun of similar size and therefore no need to swap shells. But that's just me, obviously it is different for you.

I use the Incog from G-Code. I believe you have the option to add a light. They also have attached mag holsters which are kinda nifty.

I carry my light separate. I don't want to have to point my gun at everything I want to illuminate.

Anybody have any experience making kydex holsters?

I'd like an AIWB for beretta M8000 but nobody makes, not sure how much it'd cost to make one myself

Seriously though. I carry a flashlight anyway. Even if I had a flashlight mounted I would still carry a flashlight. Really there is no negative to having a flashlight on your gun. Other than finding holsters that is. But the XD series also doesn't have near the aftermarket support glock does so....

The Jeep™ Hunting Knife goes on my belt, in a nylon sheath, which has my belt through the belt loop.

The Green Pumpkin Knife with the plastic sheath, is clipped to my pants. It's a stab-king, but it has a really awkward-ass blade grind, like 40 degrees.

Circular Sunglasses /w 40mm Blue Mirror Polarized Lenses - People compliment me on these glasses a lot. One time I saw a girl in glasses like these, but they were orange. I complimented her on those glasses a lot, but my mom warned me that her chad boyfriend was with her, and might beat me up. I had my knives with me to pierce his faggot-ass 6-pack like a stick of butter if he started, so I was never worried.

Elements Rice-Based Rolling Papers - These are nice. Usually I get two of them, roll them with my fingers, and smoke green tea, coffee (harsh, but it's okay with sunkist), and damiana/horny goat weed if my mom's not watching me when i buy something from sprouts.

Ronson Jetlite - To light up my papers.
