On the other hand, it looks easy to make.
Get a stack of washers, drill and ream down through the stack for a press fit with the rods.

press a ball bearing into them to dimple the spherical shape into them, press them onto the rods spaced where you want them, weld into place.

I do think I would alter the muzzle end parts slightly.

I'm hoping so. Biggest issue I'm running into now is getting a threaded barrel. Apparently drop in barrels for 1911s are worse than Satan, but I don't have any gunsmith near me to custom fit a barrel to my gun. Plus, after $250 for a barrel and $200 for smithing, I might as well have bought a cheaper suppressor ready 1911
