I'm not even that guy, but this cheap ass soft holster (like 20 bucks) is how I've been edcc my 1911 for years. I carry at like 3:15 or something, slightly past 3 and angled forward so if my pants were invisible the barrel would be pointing towards my rear right pocket (also functions somewhat as a "lock" to keep my wallet from popping out or getting snatched from my rear pocket)

I year round cc this thing with single layers in the warmer months easily; I don't wear particularly tight clothes in general and it doesn't print at all.

I'd also add 1911s, especially in a soft holster are relatively easy to carry as far as 'full size' goes, because the 1911 is pretty slim; as long as you position the length of it in a comfortable position, it is comfortable enough to forget you're wearing it all day as you sit down get up, drive, walk around, etc... I'm not a big guy either 5'10 180

only problem with these holsters is that they can toggle the safety sometimes; average day; work/groceries/my town I carry unchambered, if I'm going to a bad neighborhood/downtown or something I carry chambered/+1 (reloading the mag), and hammer half raised (so I just thumb it down after chambering one)
