SMLE Mk V from 1922
My M39's barrel was made in 1942, though the receiver was made in 1910. But if that doesn't count I have a Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III made by LSAC in 1918 which would be my oldest rifle.
My oldest is 1909 Argentine Mauser made in (I think) 1912. It's basically a Gewehr 98 in a special snowflake caliber not unlike .308. It's glorious.
Close second is an old Sears mail-order single shot 12 gauge circa 1917. Handles modern loads quite well.
My oldest is a Remington Model 11 12 gauge shotgun made in 1924.
1903 made in 1909.
