Probably a Finnish-made sporting rifle using a Mosin action. SAKO did many of these after WW2 to keep in business.

Depends on how much of the barrel has been removed. It would originally have been 80cm long, so with an original M91 stock it would probably look pretty bad. You might get a stock for the slightly shorter-barreled M91 Dragoon/M91-30 (73cm). These stocks are much more common than full-length M91 stocks anyway, since they're what the Soviets made millions of. If the barrel is really shortened, you might get a stock for an M38 or M44 carbine (51cm).
