If you can find one for $500, buy it. I found some with 3 mags for that much a few months ago but I forget where. I ordered one from classic that was nib with three mags and love it.

I love it so much I'm considering getting a surplus 92s from them as a beater gun, but I hear their black Friday sales are great. I'm just not sure if I want to wait until after the election on it.

I paid $550 for my police special, which just means it comes with 3 mags. Like I said I found the same deal for $500 but I had already ordered the one I got and classic firearms doesn't let you cancel orders. I don't remember where I found that deal either and I'm not home to look through my browser history.

Anything under $600 is a pretty good deal from what I saw. Like everything else, they've gone up in price recently.

They are police used. Condition is a bit of a dice roll but all the ones I've seen posted online have been pretty good, the one I got was immaculate.

Seems like it's high quality with tight tolerances alum/steel handgun for a reasonable price. Also the slide release lever acting as a decocker is pretty ingenious and in a better position than comparing the sig p226. The rex zero 1 has a safety so you can carry cocked and locked or leave the safety off and carry it like a 226 with a heavy DA first pull.

Dude, I love mine. It shoots any milsurp ammo, I like mag capacity, the trigger guard is awesome for steadying your follow-up shots, it's accurate as hell ..etc Get one and learn how to shoot it.

The military does not train most of its soldiers in pistol use, and even the ones who are trained in using them don't actually use them very often. As such, many of the alleged faults of the Beretta are because of either these things or the fact that the guns have been through 2 wars and are 30+ years old at this point.

I used one to great effect. Operational status changed and I had to cc an m9 everywhere.
It was a pog's, never even fired, theater property, m9 that I got issued. It worked great. Never fired it in combat, but trained with it a bunch.

Get back stateside and was issued a beat to fuck m9 and the difference was very noticeable.

Biggest issue I had was the heavy double action. But you just qualify in single and it worked well. Second issue, purely preference, was I didn't fancy the slide safety. I have manlet hands which made having solid control of the weapon and activating the safety difficult.
