Don't know anything about the second one but the Flatpack is more of an EDC pack. It's small for a BoB. If you do a search you'll also find some complaints about durability. If you do go that route know that the grey is a different design and has more padded straps.

Are you wanting to attach it to the plate carrier? Usually a three day bag is so big it's best to keep it separate.

Fifty bucks on eBay will get you a MOLLE II salt pack. I love mine. I don;t care if it's uglier than duck shit -- it's roomy and comfy and has zillions of pockets designed into it, and you still have room to hang a sleeping back off the bottom and sustainment pouches on the sides.

None of those fucking plate carrier packs are BOBs, you idiot. They're assault packs. A BOB is a much larger pack that actually has to hold 3 days of food, water, extra clothes, first aid, radio, a few mags, water treatment, etc, etc, etc
