I dont like all the lines on it but thats just me. The improved sights look better than the old LCP. I kinda liked the super boring look of the old LCP. Does it lock back on empty? If so I might have to pick one up sometime.
>>
>>31809117
I'm so fucking tired of companies feeling the need to add a bunch of fucking useless lines and serrations. This looks a million times uglier than the standard LCP.

The sights still need to be painted and they're trying to make it look like the American. They dropped the ovular trigger guard but added the trigger safety? I was never interested in these and it hasn't changed my mind.
>>
I never liked the LCPs trigger. It's the only thing that has stopped me from buying one. Now that Ruger has corrected it i may pick one up. I need a smaller handgun for cc.

It locks back on empty. It's also compatible with LCP magazines (not the extended magazines allegedly), but it only locks open with LCP2 magazines.

nah but fo real u gay
>>
>>31811267
That removes my only hangup about getting one, nice.

Of course since I got a G43 in the meanwhile I realized that it's small enough for what I need as it is.
>>
When they have a crimson trace for it, I'll buy one.
>>
As someone who works in a store and has used both of them quite a bit, the LCPII is worth every penny over the LCP. It practically changes the way the gun feels completely. I hated the original LCP but the LCP II im considering getting because everything that was wrong with the original has been somewhat fixed.
>>
>>31811500
what I don't understand about the g43, and one of the reasons I hate it, is that it really isn't that much larger than a g26. Literally same height and length, and only about half an inch thicker in the grip. So you effectively double your capacity with little tradeoff.
>>
>>31809584
Is it just me or is every single integral suppressor I see always much bigger than non-integral ones?
>>
>>31811605
You're very confused about which is which, either that or you don't understand what half and double actually mean.

Anyway I like the G43 because with a toothed clip holster I can wear it with pajama pants around the house or basketball shorts while I run and not have it pull them down. It's just small enough for beltless carry while still letting me use 9mm.
>>
>>31809117
lc9s 2 when?
>>
>>31811699
Is the LC9 more popular thatn LCP?
>>
>>31811699
You mean the LC9S Pro?

What's wrong the LC9S?
>>
>>31811260
proof?
>>
Original LCP sucked,I liked my Kel Tec PF9 better and that's saying alot since the PF9 was pretty horrid.I generally like Rugers so I hope the revised model is much improved.

he literally smokes pot in every video he films. have you been watching?
>>
If the price drops to sub-$300 I'd be interested.
>>
>>31812164
It should be about 269-289 at gunstores
>>
I bought a LC9s pro a couple months ago, I like it but not a huge fan. Its right in a weird spot where its too big to be a pocket pistol but too small for anything else.

Ive never done a trade at a gunstore before. Would I be expected to dish out a lot if I wanted to trade? The price of the LC9S is more than the LCP2
>>
>>31812258
Depends on the store and the gun's condition. Try calling a few or go in and show them the gun and ask for what you could get.
>>
>>31812258
I have the non-pro version, but how small are your pockets that it won't fit in? I shove mine in some desantis pocket holster and have no problems pocket carrying it.
>>
>>31812347
Im a small guy and while I can pocket it, its very noticable and is an obvious gun bulge
>>31812331
Its nearly brand new, only ran about 150 rounds through it.
>>
>>31812371
Used is still used. A gun store is mostly looking to get a quick buck. It's like taking a $60 game you've owned for two weeks to Gamestop and getting $15 for it. Try a few stores and go with the best offer.

If you're patient and have the capital to just get the LCP2, I recommend looking for a person to sell it to instead of a store.
>>
>>31809117
I like the look of the older ones and the custom more. If I were to buy an LCP it'd probably be an older one.
>>
>>31809117
Would have liked him to compare it to the P380 he had sitting on the table since I have a P380 and gen 2 LCP.

Also, what is the point of a last round hold open if you have to rack the slide to release it anyway? The P380 has a slide lock lever big enough to release the slide with, but that large lever often leads to premature hold open on that tiny gun so I prefer my LCP for reliability's sake. I also like the LCP because the gun is nowhere near fully cocked while carrying, unlike the P380 and this new LCP II.

The LCP II is damned ugly as well.
