I'm going to be getting about $2,000 dollars soon, and have been wanting to use that money on guns.
Right now all I own is a semi auto 20 gauge, Persian Mauser, Mosin Nagant and little .22, so I've been looking to up my arsenal.
Mostly wanting to get a pistol and an AR but a 12 gauge would be nice to have.
Do you really need a tiny gun for conceal carry, or could you get away with a normal compact like a CZ P07?
Do I really need a new swaggin AR-15 to be cool? Because I've kind of wanted to just build an M16A1 clone. Would that be a stupid idea?
Should I get a black powder revolver?
You can build a solid Palmetto State Armory AR for ~650, plus figure 150-300 for a vortex optic. Be prepared to wait a while for PSA though, they're backordered like crazy, worth looking at Aero Precision too. There are M16A1 builders on here who can answer you better, but from what I've seen a casual clone will run you at least a grand.
A Mossberg 590A1 can be had for around $500, and be all the shotgun you need.
You can get away with a compact, but you'll eventually want something like a Glock 43 or M&P shield (get the glock)

Is there really that big of a difference? Seems like I'm sacrificing a lot of gun for a little bit of space.

so goes the whole (((Glock))) marketing theory. Once fucking gun, in a hundred different gradual sizes.

If I was to get a Glock I'd get a Glock 17, I'm really leaning towards the CZ P07 for a general use pistol.

Yes, 590A1 is all you'd need if you don't wanna have 37 shotguns.
Glock 43 vs S&W Shield 9mm is a personal choice, go to the store and try both. The 43 without the pinky extension mag is only useable by midgets, but same goes for the shield I guess.
I don't see why you shouldn't get an AR before Shillary wins.

Yes the difference is significant if you hold them side by side.
The thickness is much much smaller
Spend all your money on a brand new SCAR.
