The 2022 is a solid choice. I have smaller hands and they fit me nicely. They are a little wide for easy concealment, but that can be overcome with a decent holster and the right clothing.

What exactly is wrong with the slide release? You understand that they are actually meant to be used on some guns. Not everything is a Glock.

For one it looks like cheap stamped shit. If you're going to put a long ass slide lever on it, fine. At least make it look decent.

Also, SIGs are generaly button rifled. As are Berettas and Smiths and any number of other perfectly serviceable handguns.

It is not a USP, if that is your point of comparison.
