i have shield and g43, much prefer the shield. the other 2 are great, shot them both. shield and g43 have better 3rd party support.

g43 doesn't fit my hand and feels kind of shitty while being the most expensive of the bunch

shield fits hand well but overall feels kind of lacking, if they update the 9mm shield with the .45 shield changes that would be a good thing

walther pps m2 is perfect in terms of features, quality, ergonomics, etc but the size is pretty big guy for a 6 fucking round gun. it also weighs as much as a glock 26. everytime I have thought of getting a pps m2 I think about it some more then go why fucking carry this over a double stack as nice as it is.

ruger lc9s pro is pretty sweet with the lowest price of these. the big issues I have are that ruger decided you only need 1 magazine shipping with the gun which is fucking stupid since the mags aren't that cheap, and I keep reading about non trivial problems like mag followers getting destroyed in a few hundred rounds.

If you are a contrarian hipster, consider the walther CCP.

the mag follower thing may not be as trivial as you think. I have an lc9s pro mag that will not reliably lock back after the last round because where the follower engages the slide lock mechanism is worn down significantly. Needless to say it's now a secondary mag.

i have a pm9 and a cm9, both are good pocket guns unlike the mk9 which is a half pound heavier. the extended mags are junk so you're stuck with 6 rounds. sights are available but my experience they need some work to be fitted properly.
