What's the most expensive gun you own to shoot? Pic semi related.
I guess the 7.62PTR or 308AR, but I don't usually buy premium stuff.
The Model 700 in .30-06 is up there too, but it's a bolt action so I don't buy much.
I don't really have any special snowflake calibres.
My AR15 that's in .300 BLK
Yeah I know I'm getting memed hard whatever
I don't have a suppressor currently and I'm not exactly keen about having a reloading set up in a one bedroom apartment.
I usually spend somewhere between $0.75 and $1.25 per round, depending on what I want to shoot.
My 92FS is like $0.19 a round and my AK74 is still cheap to shoot too, like $0.22 a round.
My ruger 10/22
M48 in 8mm
>>31798692
Same here, I'm paying $14-18/20 round box depending on ammo type.
My m/28 in 7.62x53r
I don't want to damage the barrel
Factoring in the dies since it's a wildcat, my .338-06 Ackley. It really likes the 210gr Barnes TSXs so I'm looking at about $1.20 a round even reloading, and I have probably $300 in semi custom reloading tools for it.

.44-40 for my Vaquero
My c96 in .30 mauser. Still not really expensive.
>>31798642
>My 92FS is like $0.19 a round
How'd you manage that?
Cheapest I could find 9mm in brass was 27 cents a shot.
6.5×55mm Mauser.
Tookdown a caribou with it tho.
>>31798610
My AR. Everything else I have is .22 or 7.62x39.

And that's just brass. If you go steel it's about 17.
>>31798610
20mm. At the time (90's), it was $10.00 a round.
>>31798610
Definitely the .25-06.
Mostly because everything else is either a 12 ga, for which ammo is basically free, or a .22 that I'm just burning through about 2,500 rounds I collected before it disappeared forever
>>31799122
Oh, wait, you said "owned." Nevermind. I never owned a 20mm. Had an acquaintance who did.
Most expensive I ever fired was $.80 a round .308.
>>31798610
7.62x38R in my Nagant pistol. Most autism bullet DESU.
>>31798660
only gun you own huh anon?
>>31798768
Ouch... I thought the 175SMKs were expensive...
>>31798610
1884 in .45-70
>>31798610
Buying new is either .43 Mauser or 577/450 Martini-Henry.
After custom made black powder is either 7.7x58 or 8x56R.
To reload for is 8x56R.
.375 H&H
Prvi is the cheapest I can find, and it's still like 50/box, anything American made starts around 65/box, even Remmy Express
I really need to start reloading
my belgian made browning in 300winmag.
i also once bought some 12ga dragons breath which was a major dissapointment.
>>31799070
nice, have any pics handy?

That website says 21 cents a round.
And shipping adds $30 to the cost.
Glock 37, in .45 G.A.P.
About 30 dollars per box of 50 rounds.
1.50$ a round for match 7.62x54R and match .308.
>match 54R is now near impossible to find
7.7JAP. around $28 for a box of 20

Fuddy-five is probably my most expensive round I shoot. I do plan on picking up a larger bolt action but haven't completely decided on caliber. Want for deer and potential bi-pedal mammals. Looking at .243win, .270 or 6.5.
All my cal's

A tie between two rifles.
Winchester 1905
Winchester M88 in .284 Winchester.
Both cost about 2 bucks a shot and have similar ammo availability.
50bmg Runs about $30 to $40 for a box of ten if I'm buying from a store. A little bit cheaper if I buy online.
> buddy heard about .338 lapua.
> he gets excited, wants to build a bolt action chambered in it.
I don't think he has looked up prices.
I don't want crush his dreams.
Henry in .45-70
416 Weatherby... 9 bucks a round, thereabout.
I guess it was my S&W 500 before I got my .44 Automag. I started rolling my own by reaming out .308 brass but I had to fab a new firing pin because lolprimers.
>>31798610
My .416 Rigby if we're going by price per shot.
My 1911 if we're going be amount of money blown in a typical shooting trip.
7mm Rem Mag
$1.30 per round is cheap. Usually I'm looking at around $27 to $30 or more per box.
I was able to find some cheap PPU at Cabela's last time I went, I think it was like $18/box.
>>31798768
>.338-06 AI
Really tempted to pick up a Garand receiver for .338 build. Stuck between -06 and a .338 Tanker?/BM-59 because fuck it
>>31799310
You're gonna cry when you see how much jacketed .375 bullets are

Right now, my Mosin Nagant which is fucking painful to say. Ordered a .32 revolver so after I fix it up that will take the place of it most likely.

My most expensive gun to shoot is my Air Rifle :^)
>tfw no money for expensive nerf guns and ammo
>>31801939
My 203. After stamps they come out too about $400 a round
>>31802032
where do you get HE rounds? I almost bought a Title 1 M203 receiver to Form 1 into a DD but I was mostly going to reload using those little rubber rocket things, or that hornets nest.
Still might do it, someday, for my M16A2 build so I can pretend it's Fallujah round two.
>implying I'll find another one.
>>31802072
I was lying. I didn't expect anyone to call me on it. You win some you loose some
>>31802084
you stupid fucking faggot i'll shove an M203 right up your lying asshole until shit covered grenades come out your nostrils

First time I've physically cringed at a 4chan image, and I've been lurking for over a decade.
Yall niggas need to start reloading.
>>31798610
Lee Enfield. But reloading fixed that and gave me a hobby for a shitty Minnesota winter.
My Dickie Berta and my Sako .375H&H.
Desert Eagle in .50 AE is a little pricey, but in the blessed state of Arizona I can usually get a box of 20 for $30, but all my buds who grew up playing cod and cs always toss my $40 for a box ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
.460 Smith Mag and .45-70 are pretty similar on the shelf, they're not too bad since I reload though. Most expensive that I don't reload is 8x56r
