The FAMAS is used by GIGN forces in France for anti terrorism. It fired from a reloadable clip at the back of the gun, but the mechanism is the same. The clip sits in front of the bolt so that the bolt can grab the bullets from the clip and push them down the barrel, where the hammer can strike the back of the bullet.
