Having served 4 years as PzGren. I can tell you as far as combat units goes. Morale is high. The equipment bs didnt change many minds in that regard.
We might not be perfectly equipped but all combat units ive trained with are highly motivatet and 90% wouldnt hesitate to be deployed wherever.

Biggest morale downer is politics talking us down ... things like pulling out of afgh. When its now clear we did a good job but couldve done more if we had tge time.
We even get over the fact that pur own people mostly dont like us or disrespect us.

Rear echolon units however need a purge ... morale is lacking .. if you request ammo you either have 1 year waiting time or good connections and get it in a week.

I think its the fact that support units are not real soldiers anymore but "uniformträger" (people who just wear a uniform).

Our ground forces are only limited by pol and supply ... we still could wreck havoc if we're let loose.
