What is it about people in the Dark Continent and the ME that makes them completely incapable of obtaining basic military skills and discipline. This isn't a /pol/ race thing. Most Americans regardless of race, religion, creed, or ethnicity can be taught the fundamentals of something like low crawling. Even the few people who managed to crawl their way out of that shithole and make it to a US Army recruiter can handle it. It's not a training thing, either.
