cause i was just thinking of buying 7 40 dollar slim flit black suits and tailoring them to not look like shit and if they get ruined i'm just out 40 bucks.

They do budget entry/intermediate price tailored suits. They do deals where can you can get 2 for the price of 1. I also believe they do similar deals with dress shirts. The quality is actually decent and the tailored fit makes you look really nice for the price you're paying.

You can go to outlet stores and get suits for ~40% off then get it tailored to fit correctly for under $500. The shirt and shoes you wear can bring your over 5 but doesn't have to be by much.
