My Norinco JW-25A has the lug/rail and can take a standard Mauser K98 bayonet. It can also use a K98 sling too.

pretty sure i took one of these apart the other day, no identifying marks and ever edge on the damn thing was bare metal, not to mention a million years of bullshit built up around the bolt. I can stick the tip of my pinkie in where the sling mounts used to be.
