SHORAD as a whole is pretty much fucked, let alone anything as frivolous as SPAAGs. The closest thing left is the M3 .50 cal. on the Avenger. The M6 Bradley Linebacker (which wasn't that good as a SPAAG) and the LAV-AD (which was) were both withdrawn from service about a decade ago.
