My recipe is a 90:10 blend of gas and acetone.

1/2 cup liquid dish soap.
1/2 cup motor oil.
Fill the rest of the way with low octane gasoline.
Drop as large of a steel ball bearing as will fit into bottle.
Cap tightly.
Take about a foot of cannon fuse,and fold it in half. Wrap it around the neck of the bottle, and tape into place.

Make it whenever you get foam. Acetone paint thinner is pretty easy to get for large scale production. My local grocer sells glass jars. Walmart across the board for everything but the gas.
