It's not though, definitely looks chinese.

The Luda is pretty much what you get when taking a WWII DD, remove their rotating mid-ship torpedo-launchers and replace them with rotating SSM launchers.

Why does it look so dirty? I feel like you could turn on a vacuum, hold it up in the air and the filter would be solid black in 2 minutes.
