If you are worried about lead poisoning, drink milk.

But lead poisoning is generally caused by compounds of lead, not metallic lead.

Monitor your shits (IE shit in a bowl or something and check for the bullet), so you can tell if it's passed. If it hasn't passed in 3 days, seek medical help.
