Got a few ideas:

The same thing I would use to stop any diesel reciprocating engine. a can of carb cleaner/paint/ether/flammable gas.

the evil enemy of any diesel engine is a fuel rich atmosphere. Spray some fuel near the air intake and the engine is now spooling out of control.

I dont think it would work on the Abrams turbine, but I would need someone more knowledgeable about turbines to answer that.

An ABV is essentially a tank without a main gun, as such it has a hierarchy much like that of a tank. The vehicle commander is ultimately responsible for all operation of the vehicle and if the crew followed all commands as directed then none of the vehicle crew can really be held accountable.
