When they ban, require registration of, or set up a mandatory government buyback/seizure of a gun I own, I will not comply. From that day forward, I will be prepared for them to come for it. When they do, they've crossed my line, and I will make it as newsworthy as possible.

I don't own any automatic weapons. I don't own any grenade launchers or bombs. I do not own anything the Federal government currently restricts. I would only be interested in owning any of these if I were to follow the protocols required to get one. I am a law abiding gun owner - of the current state of Federal law, which I have to admit is fairly unobtrusive of my 2nd Amendment rights. If that law changes toward the more restrictive, then it is THEY who have chosen to classify me as no longer law-abiding, and pitched me down a slippery slope.

I won't fall for their "grandfathering in" provisions which require registration, either.

They can send out any law enforcement official they wish, and if that official is foolish enough and enough of a traitor to the Constitution to go with the "I was only following orders" defense, there will be conflict.

I support Blue Lives Matter. I am generally pro-military and pro-police. If they turn on me, however, whether due to executive fiat, judicial overreach, or legislative bureaucracy, I will defend my 2nd Amendment rights with every fiber of my being.

I hold no illusions that I will win against the superior strength of the government against an individual. No one can. I can only hope, and I suspect it is true, that there are enough like me that this will very rapidly devolve into a reconsideration by the government of their position or a forced reconstruction of said government.

In short, I want the right to peaceably own the firearms and ammunition that are currently permitted under Federal law. Any move to renegotiate, restructure, remove, or rescind that right will be met with the utmost resistance.

I disagree. Current Federal law is not particularly obtrusive. The few disagreements I have with Federal firearms statutes are not terribly significant, which is a tribute to those who have fought so hard to maintain those rights. State and local regulations may be a very different matter, depending on where you are.

I have no interest in automatic weapons, because they aren't all that useful. If I did want one, I can still get one but have to jump some hoops. I think suppressor regulations are stupid, but I still have a path to get one if I want. Outside of that, I really can't name any current Federal laws I take a lot of issue with - only the expansion of them.

I feel things could go two ways. Groups or individuals.

It would be nice to see people band together for mass none compliance. Not that I'm friends with any cops but I have rolled with a few (jui jitsu) and I would give them the shirt off my back anytime, anywhere. So I wouldn't want to see leo and civilians fight. If anything like a civil war were to happen I would hope law enforcement would be devided up enough to decide to only support state law. I would love to see this.
