I'm employed by a textile company that makes industrial anti-fatigue mats and other types of carpets for industrial and business applications.

Which means I'm familiar with the fabrics industry and understand how long it takes to transition a pattern from design to prototype to execution. Even if I adjust for the fact that these individuals did it "on their own", five fucking years is just downright laughable.
