Does /k/ prefer 7.62mm or 7.92mm?
>>31641499
What salt rifles come chambered on 7.92 and will I have to sell both of my kidneys to keep one fed?
>>31641499
8mm is a dead round, no military is actively using it, its a relic of the past.
>>31642626
technically speaking 7.62x39 is actually 7.92x39
>>31642668
Based Serbia still uses it
I like 8mm more, but outside of handloading shenanigans .30-06 is just a better round because it's been used by more people longer...and it has slightly more case capacity.
That said, anything you shoot won't know the difference.

Hakims are decent battle rifles in 7.92, and aren't too expensive.
>>31642725
being phased out a we speak, the m76 never was in wide service either.

Thanks. I had a momentary brain fart and remembered as soon as I posted.

Oh, except we're talking about -06, not NATO. Disregard this, I suck Glocks.
>>31641499
I prefer 7.92 cos I like a slightly heavier, bigger round..like the WWII German service load of roughly 197 grains @ 2450 fps vs. 150 grains at @ 2900 fps of the US .30-06.
>>31641499
I prefer 7mm
>>31643138
What the fuck is that chambered in?

BBC

REAL FUCKING 54RUSSIAN
>>31642903

8mm master race!
>>31643536
>>31643639
8mm mauser.
>>31643639
>>31643807
If so, both are pretty awesome to chamber an assault rifle in
>>31643720
>not a Mouser
>>31643844
It's 8mm, it's a yugo m76 clone. The magazine is a modified MG-13 mag.
>>31643536
It's a cut-down Zastava M76 marksman's rifle with an MG13 magazine.
>>31643867
>not a Mauser
Because y'know... Maus.

Does /k/ prefer .45 ACP or .41 Colt?
>>31644067
.45 is bigger, therefore it is better
