I got no real problem with them either - I just find that the rear sight blade just screams "I love to get banged on corners" It's much more vulnerable. Especially considering how tough the front sight is protected.

I don't see why not. Looks to be a direct replacement. Not like FALs are common enough the average normie would know its wrong.

I really hated the factory FAL sight. too loose to get a good sighting. or at least mine was.
