Need to adopt something like the uniforms of the 1860's-end of WW1, those would be way better choices

is that chicago? they still wear those leather jackets last time I checked. the crime is so bad in southside that the cops who work those areas have severe PTSD and paranoia. One cop opened fire on another plain clothes police officer and got off on all charges because his defense was "I thought he was one of the gang members trying to kill me again"
