Back in the day, I had the 'priviledge' to go inside the inner fence of the Uranium enrichment plant near Paducah, KY. While driving down one of the roads, I saw a set of small tanks under a roof all by themselves with plenty of room around them with lots of "OMG! DONT DO ANYTHING AROUND HERE" type of stickers.. Looked at the label, saw ClF3.. said to myself: "I bet that's some wicked stuff. I'll check it out later." I couldn't take a pic because the DOE security takes all your pones/cameras/ect.
