Im tired of seeing the same guns over and over again along with people bitching of what guns are good and which are bad (usually the same 2 fucking Carbines or pistols).
So lets have a Classic Firearm thread. 1960 and before.
I have such a hard on for the Farquharson and Holland & Woodward singleshots. I was reading a book about F.C. Selous in Africa and looked them up. Something about the oldworld craftsmanship and the old fashioned action just gets me. I love the idea of having that one round in a quality rifle, I love the way you drop a huge breech-block and slide another single round into the chamber, I love the lever.
Made me lust after a Ruger No. 1 in something like 6.5x55. That's about as close as I'd be able to get to having one of these.

Don't have pics but I have a 1960 Marlin model 60. Love that little thing, and IMO the box mag version is as good or better than the 10/22 for far less money.

Mauser action is the best action.
Grandmother's Winchester Model '06 .22 pump-action. The leather wrap on the stock was added for extra grip. Still shoots like a dream.

I unironically love nuggets. Here's a pic of my friendo shooting mine a few days ago.
Might as well post my family photo since I don't own anything newer than that, save for my marlin 39D, but that's like 1972 so it's not too far off.

What year is that 94?
Also I hate you because I have a 94 but yours is in better condition and owning a Luger is pretty much my life goal so fuck you
