I have better equipment than the average grunt. I know the local terrain better than the nearest national fuard unit, I have more range time. I have a better diet, and I definitely lift more than the typical fat manlet they've been trying to kick out.

what i find odd is a regular soilder is not that strong
maybe the ones that are in infantry and go on patrols are strong but even them are weak

only real challenge/strong guys are the spec ops guys
