I shoot skeet and trap regularly at a local club. We often have "public days" were non members can use the facility for pretty cheap. The problem is that some of the guys that show up are total asshats that act like they are the absolute shit.

This one guy in particular was having a hard time since he was using some beat up pump action shotgun. I went to him to give him some tips on shooting with a pump and how to work the action faster, but all he said to me was

This is probably the worst one. A buddy of mine, a legitimately smart guy, got taught in basic training that windage doesn't effect bullets because of the supersonic wave around them.

In reality, I'm certain that's just a lie to get recruits to not try to do Kentucky windage with their rifles or fuck with the windage after it's been zeroed.

It's a little bit that fits in your pistol barrel and is activated when the firing pin hits the button on it.
