Without SCAR amounts of money a PTR is a 2moa gun at DMR ranges. Get the AR10.

With the Bill Springfield trigger, my PTR32 is about 1moa or a hair higher when I'm on my game. I imagine the 91 would have similar performance. It wouldn't be as good as a .4moa OBR or anything, but it'll be serviceable.

Bullets do things like yaw and rotate around the center of gravity, not always the geometric center.
A rifle that is under 1 MOA at 100 can easily open up to higher MOA as the distance increases. Some have also reported the opposite happening.

1 MOA is still 1 MOA, it doesn't change, there is no "after the fact". If you want to talk about how gravity from the mun and and the Coriolis Effect cause your bullet to do crazy shit its a separate subject not to be used with the premise of MOA accuracy.

If you got an F model then you will have some luck with a DMR "build". I have had great luck with mine, I dont think you will have as good of luck with an AR-10 in the same price range. Save the $$ and get a good optic.
