Definitely fun though, but not a huge fan of machine pistols with no stock in terms of actual use.

Definitely get one for the range\ dirt shooting if you want, but I wouldn't carry with one or use it for home defense if you somehow don't have a carbine for that role. Accurate shots on target is the most important thing and without a stock, full auto does more harm than good. If you do something like pic related, you're better off just getting a normal SMG IMO.

Of course, but if it's full auto anyway, that's hardly a concern. The ATF has decided that a machine gun trumps SBR, so Glock 17+ stock is an SBR, but Glock 18+ stock is a machine gun.

Similarly if you have a registered M16, you can put a short upper on it without another stamp.

Think about why a glock stops firing when you keep the trigger depressed. This interferes with the reset and let's the striker drop repeatedly until the trigger is released.

HOWEVER, taking the pistol-turned-rifle and removing the stock and putting the short barrel on it would technically be manufacturing and unregistered SBR because once a pistol is classified as a rifle, it technically stays a rifle.

One end is on bolt handle and the string is wrapped around grip and trigger. Works a lot like a bump stock except the bolt going forward is that pulls the trigger forward.
