Well I've got too much deer meat (and still have an Elk and moose hunt this year)
I know, it's a first world problem.
I want to experiment with a few diffrent sausage recipes.
Does anyone have one that is tried and tested? I've made batches that were disappointing in the past and hope to avoid that if possible

talk to some mexicans, they usually have some pretty good deer recipes.

this is /k/ not /ck/ or /out/

what >>31578839 likely means is that /CK/ is likely to have a few recipes.
They would probably also be more interested in the topic as well.

Mexifag here I don't even know how to serve cereal in a bowl without setting it on fire.

Yeah we have a lot more completely fucking un-dealt with problems than a guy asking about recipes for deer meat that he has.
Just bite a live deer's ass while he's sleeping and see what happens.
Post results.

Yeah but your family probably knows how to make something that will send your tastebuds into ecstasy and at the same time make you shit molten lava for a week.
