Harpoons aren't bad for AShMs, unless you are looking to buy Multi-Mission Tomahawks. Even so, all of the naval threats to Singapore would likely be wiped out by your Air Force. Indos wouldn't even get close once those F-15SG squadrons get airborne.

We hardly have enough crew for the 6 corvettes, 6 frigates, 12 patrol vessels, 4 LSTs and 4 mine sweepers because noone is signing on while the army gets the bulk of the conscripts.
