Is the breech face on my glock supposed to look like this? Did I have it in too humid of an environment and cause it to rust or something?
Looks like brass. Normal

On lower quality firearms, yes.

Op, really?

Yes I'm new to firearms. I assumed it was from the brass because it's inprinted there but It was a really humid summer this year and I kept it in the foam case for a while like an idiot and developed some rust on the trigger bolt that attaches the double trigger thing together.
Also I think the only ammo I kept chambered in it was silver case. Is this just normal during firing to develope a brass colored ring shape?
It's heat discoloration and normal afaik
When the brass rubs against the gun, some of it stays in the tiny pores and scratches. It's nothing.

How did you find out about /k/?

Sorry to come off like an asshole. I'm to used to people who aren't new bitchen about cosmetics. Ar guys for example who have a meltdown over the case deflector losing its anodizing.
Anyway, yup just brass. Many firearms will leave brass on a bolt face for instance. In this case it's your slide not a bolt but same concept. Normal. If corrosion ever becomes surface rust you just gotta keep on it, make sure it doesn't pit. Cosmetics though...say you needed to use your glock to survive a scenario and have no cleaning supplies. Fuck the gun. Use it. 500 bucks isn't worth your life.
As for that trigger pin. Its a roll pin. I wouldn't worry about it but if you have to replace it I suggest getting together with someone who can show you how to remove it and replace it with correct tools. Glock are easy to learn and work on. Visit sites like glock Meister and you will see how affordable it is to replace OEM shit. If you don't want to disassemble anything now just get some clp, a q-tip and dab some clp on the face of the roll pin. Its plastic safe and will help break down the rust.

Your breechface looks normal.
Worry if it looks like mine.

Brass marks aren't unusual on the breech face. You could probably clean it off if you felt it necessary or you think it's unsightly.
If you look at a well used HK91 (G3), you can usually see a spot near the ejection port where ejected brass has banged into it, leaving a telltale yellow mark (contrary to popular belief, it's not the fluted chamber killing brass on these rifles, it's the violent ejection banging and denting it against the receiver).

Well I doubt he will ever see his handgun neon-purple with a pitch-black breechface
