You can get parts kits now if you're a small time importer. Getting receivers, barrels, baffles and the suppressor body itself it the hard part.

.366 is a shotgun round that chambers into a bored out 7.62x39 barrel and standard 7.62x39 bolt.
In Russia you have to own a shotgun for 5 years before owning a rifle, so to get around this, if you want military style firearms, you can buy a bored out rifle chambered in .366
