alright Beretta owners drop a pic. here is my 92S made in Italy used by Italy
>>31538086
Nice Color scheme! I prefer Taurus ergonomics, but both brands are great guns!
>>31538112
it was just like that because i removed the bluing. this is what it looks like now
>>31538086
Well, hello ladies...
>>31540565
I realy should take a picture of my PX4 one of these days
I've had it for years, but I've never been motivated to share it.
>>31538086
Just picked this guy up on the 21st for $499 and with three mags.
>>31538086
Shot my 92F today, love it so much.
Does anyone know how much I should pay for a 92F (not 92fs) in decent condition? Comes with 4 mags
>>31541377
tree fiddy
>>31538086
My neighbor, really wants to get one of these but confirmed it's italian made and from italy.
I'm trying to help him out in finding his guido gun, is there any specific way or serial code I can look for to confirm it is from italy?
>>31543368
Just look for the ones that say "Pietro Beretta" on the left side of the slide, rather than "Beretta USA".
Usually the serial numbers are just that: numbers.
American made ones tend to have "BER" or "M9" before the serial number.
>>31543376
Excellent thank you.
92G-SD
Get one if you can. Don't need the WC model, just the regular one.
Question, I have a 92A1, can i just drop a slide/barrel from a 92 innox? Half thinking of buying one just to swap the slide around for the aesthetic look
>>31543797
Yes you can.
>>31542798
Nice inox
Here's mine
>>31543797
Generally, all Beretta 92 series parts are interchangeable, so long as they're from the same generation.
I'd do some more research on the reliability of swapping that slide and barrel onto the A1 frame before you pull the trigger.
>>31543873
Thx
Mine is also a brigadier
I have a Wilson Combat 92G with the trigger upgrade and magwell upgrade and I like it very much. I think its better than my Sig Legions.
Beretta 71, The preferred weapons of assassins and Israeli sky marshals.
>>31538086
>>31543368
There was a huge batch of police used 92S that came in last year. Look around for those. From a quick google search I found some in stock at classic firearms but have no idea if they are decent to buy from or what.
>>31545097
If that is yours, any idea where to get the wood grips for the S? The black plastic ones look cheap.
>>31541377
Also I don't know how big a deal it is for you but Alleghany Gun Works can convert a 92F slide to a 92FS slide for $40
>>31543911
The 92A1 has slightly different frame dimensions in a few key areas that make some parts fit a bit wonky.
Who else is going to get the PX4 carry?
>>31545152
Got them online off etsy I think the website was called. Some fuck in turkey sells them. Not perfectly milled though so you might have to sand one grip by the mag release and on the back of the grip near the beaver tail. They were about fifty bucks.
new need grips.
>>31545308
Strongly considering it. Once they start showing up in stores, I might not be able to resist.
>>31545454
Brave yourself. They'll be available in around a week
Might get a 92S, we'll see. I shot a 92FS for the first time yesterday and the slide slammed on my finger.
Here's one I was issued
>>31545494
I picked a bad month to build a new PC. Another ~$1,000 for the PX4 CC, holster and some cheap ammo. Fffff.
>>31545889
Clean your nails with your sharp folding piece of metal, caveman.
>>31545817
>slide slammed on my finger.
How'd you manage that?
>>31546002
I have no need or ability to cc something the size of a G19 and I think I'm still goin to get it.
Goddamnit why doesn't anyone make a fiber optic sight for the PX4 and God why can't I resist
>>31545817
What, how?
I'm just over here with my P38, stuck in the 1940's....
I have been wanting to get an M9 or M9A1. I REALLY want to get a 92 Compact Type M for concealed carry. A Compact L would work, but the Type M is friggin perfect for me. Shame they're so rare. Anyone know why Beretta refuses to reintroduce the Type M?
>>31546716
>>31546854
Loaded mag into gun with slide locked back. Racked it back with my usual motion - left hand comes up to grip and stroke it back - hand was too low, index finger bumped the slide just enough to disengage the slide release because I wasn't looking where my fucking hand was. Slide pinched two flaps of skin off between it and the barrel.
Best Beretta pistol coming through
>>31541377
Beretta shows msrp on their site
>>31547587
>not owning both
>>31538086
Beretta 92sb compact. My only love.
>>31545097
Those screws look awful, you should get the $9 hex ones
Vertec reporting
>>31545097
Did you re-blue your pistol? It looks great
>>31543481
How do you like it? Is decocker only better than a safety?
>>31547764
You clearly can't read
Pic includes my buddy's 87 Target that is an absolute dream to shoot. The slide is nice and light, so the gun barely moves under recoil. He has a number of Berettas, probably just enough to call a collection.
>>31549014
And a couple more of his berettas, along with a random p7m8
Best fitting straightest shooting Factory pistol I own.
>>31548510
>inox vertec
jelly. i can't find one anywhere.
happy birthday beretta bump
>>31547587
That best be converted to a G
>>31545678
What light mount is that f a m?
Is the 92S worth having to deal with a heel mag release?
>>31548475
Yeah I fucked those up myself
>>31548475
Yeah I fucked that shit up myself
>>31548768
Thanks man, nah came looking like that from classic

>>31548908
First pistol I trained extensively with was an HK USP .45 with decocker. Decocking to a 10lb trigger is pretty safe IMO. The safety on the Beretta is really an admin feature for Army use. If you want to train the gun, it just becomes a pain in the ass.
I actually like the decockers placement on the slide. Actuating it with your thumb by simply pushing the lever in more of a forward and down motion than just straight down (like the USP) is easy to do and satisfying when you get the audible click before you reholster.
>>31553371
Can anyone answer this?

Can i fit wilson combat parts into a pt92?
>>31547550
Ahh, slammed closed. We thoughy you meant slide recoil
>>31549425
Fucking desert tan, why don't they make it in black/gray?
>>31545678
So tastefull, the colors all match up just here the grip meets the slide. Very good...
>>31538086
I bought one from a kitchen table FFL
I thought it was inaccurate when the first few times I shot it.
Glad to know now that its just me and I suck at shooting pistols
>>31545097
Where did you get those grips?
Where they the ones someone on ebay fron Turkey?
Eurofag here, got a 92fs pietro beretta with hogue grips
Sadly gun culture is almost non-existent here. I don't know anyone else who has a gun, so I'll have to resort to youtube when I'll first clean it tomorrow. I bought 'Hoppe's elite' gun oil and gun cleaner with a bore snake for a 9mm barrel. Is that everything I need to properly maintain it?
I'm desperately looking for some help, good guides, practical experience, good choice of gun oils etc..
>>31558238
Yup, they're fine but left grip is not exactly milled properly
>>31553606
I don't mind it. You get used to it
>>31558583
Dont get the hoppes on polymer or rubber
>>31557326
That's a good question, and probably best answered by Wilson Combat themselves.
Personally, the only real upgrade I'd want on the PT92 is a rail and a Brigadier style slide with it's increased locking surface.
>>31558981
I know its a nonissue since i carry one everyday but i dont like the safety/decocker on the slide. Just a preferance you know, i figure if i got a pt92 instead i could use the savings and upgrade some stuff.
Il shoot them an email since i cant find it online
>>31553606
I'd honestly buy a PT92 and replace the factory mags than buy an old beat 92SB
Roughly same cost but has thumb mag release, Beretta mags can be modified to lock on the Taurus mag catch (and generally they will work better, as while the PT92 is overall very ok, Taurus kind of sucks at making magazines, get Beretta or MecGar ones)
I have two of the Cougar 8000 pistols made on the Beretta tooling in Turkey by Stoeger. I like them. Pic related was $289 brand new. It has a plastic guide rod though. I also have a two tone one I got used for $250. It has a metal guide rod.
Does anybody know where I could get a metal guide rod to replace the plastic one?
>>31549425
Is that just the lighting during the photo or is that gun really Puke Yellow?
>>31553183
Nope. I dont use safeties anyway so it isnt a proble.
My 90-Two. This one is a .40. Also have an Inox 9mm barrel for it, too. Kind of nice being able to shoot two different rounds out of the same gun.
My Italian chief of security.
>>31559612
I've always liked the aesthetics of the 90-two, but i've never owned a baretta. This glockaroo is all I have atm, pretty fun to look through the RMR

It's you, there you are. I saw your Samurai Edge in a thread like two weeks ago and since then I've had to bust out REmake on gc (played on wii), RE2 on ps1 (played on ps2), RE3, RE:CVX, RE4 (wii masterrace), and I'm about 1/3rd of my way through RE5 on 360. My roommate thinks I'm nuts now since this marathon has seemingly without warning and just happened to coincide with a 5 day off, 4 day on, 5 day off vacation I planned to get rid of some leave hours before the busy season and rollover at my work. If I could find my RE0 I'd play through that too even out of order you fuck. RE6 is next on 360 then I guess I'm finally buying Umbrella Chronicles and Revelations 1&2 I hope you're happy
>>31562464
Are you talking about his pistol or mine?
;)
>>31561684
Get a Taurus from the 1980s and replace the factory magazines.

I am happy. You've made a good choice in vidya.
>>31562537
I've always liked yours, but stop trying to steal my thunder :)
>>31564985
>what is this?
A Beretta 90-Two.
> I've seen it before.
You probably have. It's been featured in a couple of video games and a few movies. Also, I've posted pics of my gun here before.
>why is it spelled out 90-two vs 92?
Because Beretta wanted an edgy name to reflect it's neo-modern design language. Plus it introduced new features and ideas that wouldn't be seen until later versions of the 92/96 series.
>>31559670
