Say France and the UK got into a tussle over who gets to control Belgium... whatever, a situation like that.

On one hand, nuclear weapons might keep that war from ever happening, but on the other hand neither side would push the button I bet.

Think we might see a conventional war again in our time? Not even WW3, just, one major country decides it wants 'X' territory for whatever reason, another major country disagrees and 'oh shit, Russia and China are fighting over eastern Siberia!'?
