If burglars have got time to search (and by time I mean like 3 minutes) they're tossing all of a closet to see if there's something hiding in there. Hard not to notice the gun shaped thing when throwing all of your clothes out of the way to look for a safe\ whatever valuables tucked away in the back of the closet in a shoebox\ guns behind the clothes, etc.

Off the top of my head:
If you want a no effort place to hide shit, go under the kitchen\ bathroom sink, preferably hung out of sight, but that's one of the few places that isn't going to get tossed. Pistols can be placed inside boxes of feminine hygiene products and be pretty safe.

In drop\ acoustic ceilings would be another good one.

Maybe open the bottom of your couch\ ottoman, velcro guns in place and reattach fabric w/ velcro. The couches are going to get tossed, but probably not sliced open like a mattress or box spring is likely to, so securing everything nice and tight should keep it relatively safe.

For god tier hidey hole, hinge up a couple stairs and frame out some storage underneath, but this requires a small amount of actual work.


Get a safe and bolt it to the floor in a corner is obviously your best option.

All this accomplishes is fucking up some pants. Like I said, retard shit.

I posted this before, here is what i did to hide my guns when i lived in an apartment in the inner city.

I had a huge basket full of dirty clothes. Literally full to the top of dirty, sweaty smelly clothes. Sitting right in the corner, out in the open. I would place a pair of tighty whities on tip with a large skid mark. No one is going to dig though that to see what is in the bottom. My guns were safe.

When I was younger, like 10, we're riding our bikes around the small town we lived in. Think like stranger things series on Netflix and we met up with this other group that I didn't know.
We went into a house, I heard one say they weren't home but it didn't register, I thought it was one of theirs or something.
We hung out for mauve 15 minutes, I think one guy was pilfering stuff, jewelry, from the bedroom and we left. It didn't even occur to me until later what happened.
Point is, there was no rush, plenty of time to look around.
