And on the day I get my new revolver too. Tell me why I made a mistake spending 150 bucks on this Pietta 1851 Confederate Navy.
>>31516066
What caliber?
>>31516066
It's aces and eights anon.
>>31516116
.44! I didn't see the point in getting anything smaller. It's a cap and ball. This is actually my first pistol! Can't wait to shoot it. It's beautiful.
>>31516137
I thought A and K worked better, befitting the board.
Got my first non-magnifying optic, Aimpoint Comp 4M, last week, for mere 180€, shipping included.
I dig it a lot, but I´ve yet to take it to the range.
To what distance should I zero this thing?
>>31516066
I've played with the idea of getting one of those for years now.
Always end up spending the money on something else.
Hope it is as fun as it sounds.
>>31516171
Damn, looking good. Unless you're an excellent shot, I'd probably stick to 100m. You most likely won't engage beyond that distance anyway.
>>31516172
I got this because of a friends reccomendation. Right now this exact model is on sale on Cabelas. 150 bucks, or 200 with a starter kit. It's worth every penny I've been told!

But not the gun...

>>31516224
Just for you, anon <3
>>31516191
Fair enough, thanks!
Thought that 100m might be sort-of "top limit". Should be good enuff for dense woods or urban action, I´d assume.
Plus I´ve yet to visit a range with > 100m firing line.
>go buy shield after payday
>stealth gear for my G19 is at my door when I get home
Life is good friends.
>>31516324
No problem. God damn, that is beautiful. Im loving the finish on the wood. Where did you get it? And how much?
>>31516066
Last thing I got. Nothing fancy really
>>31516372
>Where did you get it?
Gunshop. Was used.
Came with a 2-7x Bushnell scope that was fudd-attached to it. Took it off, slapped a commie-block side-rail in its place.
>And how much?
490€
I got a shoulder thingy that goes up
>>31516346
Life IS good anon. I just got my gun an hour ago. Black powder gets shipped right to your door... feels liberating.
>>31516413
A happy gun is a happy soldier.

Kek, I didn't think Europe had fudds. What country do you live in friend?
I'll just recap the last week and a half, since I haven't hardly spent a dime in a loooong time before that.
Started off with some food for the RPK.
>>31516507
I didn't know where I was going to put it at first, but it fit nicely since it stacks well in a small area.
>>31516423
What did you use to put the scope on it
>>31516140
Im fucking jelly as hell m8 congrats
>>31516522
then an m60 barrel bag for the vz58 vehicle gun, since I'm living in a tractor for the next month
Got some ping at the CMP North Store

>Kek, I didn't think Europe had fudds.
Fudds are THE most common fun-owners in here, bruh. Easiest way to haul an arsenal with minimal resistance tends to be becoming a hunter (requires passing a simple test so ya get a license) + getting firearms fit for the task, preferably not 2spooky looking ones.
I also do 3-gun and other reservist activities nowadays. Just got to play around with this babe last summer; a spooky "other (type of) weapon" -category firearm, thanks to its length and specs matching the mil-spec M4.
>What country do you live in friend?
the one and only Winland.
>>31516538
And a chest rig for the vz58 that I thought would be neat, fits my chest like a glove. A lot more comfy than my sks rig with 22 stripper clips.
and that's it
>>31516066
>Brass frame
You've made a mistake, keeping that bitch clean and sparkly is a bitch. On another note I just put mine back together after about a year.
Got a Traditions Buckstalker with scope today for $180. Just getting into blackpowder and plan to use it to kill durrs at 100 yards in the muzzleloader season. Only problem is I don't know shit about BP so sighting it in tomorrow should be fun.

I have a brass .44, it is a pain to clean, but it looks classy when it's all shined up.
My dad surprised the hell out of me with this Kentucky long rifle for my birthday last weekend. Local flea market had it as a wall hanger - $21 lol. It's a home made pine stock that's cracked to shit, but the barrel is nice and all the hardware is there.
r51 about 6 weeks ago. 300 rounds through it. it works great, accurate as fuck and uses a neat delayed blowback device. The trigger being plastic sucks and I wish they'd offer a metal aftermarket one.
>>31516224
Wild Bill carried a pair of .36 caliber 1851 Navy Colts. Not the knockoff Confederate .44s
>>31516066
No pic yet as I'm picking it up monday. But I got a p64. 199$ from Cabelas of all places.
Picked up the Charger 2 weeks ago and just got the holosun red dot this week.
>>31516066
What the fuck is an accusition? You okay OP?
I just started the paperwork for my very first handgun. Getting a Berets 92fs in 9mm. Did I do good /k/?
>>31519467
Nice anon! Since the barrel and hardware look good are you planning on learning a bit of woodworking and making a new stock?
>>31520606
Beretta*
>>31520562
is that red dot good?
>>31516066
I enjoy shooting mine quite a lot. I say you did a good thing getting that for your first, anon.
>>31520639
I'm taking it out today for the first time. All but a few are positive reviews that I have read. The bad reviews I've read are where they are broken out of the box but they have a lifetime warranty so that issue solves itself. The version I have is the solar plus battery power.
>>31520606
It depends on how much you spend. It shouldn't go for more than $550 new or $400 used.
Other than that it's a big, reliable, decent combat pistol with ambi controls, simple takedown and huge aftermarket. The safety gets complaints but I've never had an issue with it.
If you have 2 then you're basically in a John woo film.
