Hello /k/omrades, I am recently of purchase new rifle. It is of glorious reason Russian avtomat kalashnikov type.
Anyways, new AK, picked it up for a little over 7 benjamins, has real nice wood I don't know if the picture will do it justice. It was a bit of a impulse buy mainly due to the fact that the manufacturer (I.O) inter ordinance, is local, about 10 minutes from my house in Florida. Can anyone tell me anything about her? I did some research before purchase but I'm curious what you all think. Put 200 rounds through her the other day, red army bulkpack steel case shit, since I'm poor. Shot fine, not really any nice grouping to speak of but it's minute of man at 100 yards.
Feel free to tell me if I'm retarded or not in various ways.

You should have gone for a Classic's AMD 63 or an AMD 65. They're pretty good beater guns with plenty of aftermarket. The only thing /k/ complains about are the barrels beingn shit but the owners beg to differ. Either way, you would have save $200 bucks without having it allahu ackbar you.

There are many things wrong with I.O. Inc. AKs, but perhaps the biggest problem is that gas port. They drill the gas ports on their AKs so large that it is potentially dangerous.

I think it's a combo of no research and that it's available. I live in a rural area. Out the closest 5 gun stores to me, only 1 has an AK for sale. It's an IO.
