what do I do? my currents plan is to get a handgun (really want a surplus hi power) that I could hide from my landlord, throw it in a bike bag and take myself shooting as much as possible without totally breaking the bank, then saving up for the aforementioned stuff and moving the fuck out of the city.

Philly. Idk Hi Powers are sexy as fuck, cheap and I hear they are great shooters. I don't get along with Glawks. I'm sure they are fine guns but I can't hit shit with them. I'm much better with a heavier frame pistol with ergonomic grips.

Sure, I could do that, but I'm much more accurate with a Beretta or 1911, which I assume a Hi-Power is closer to.
