LMG mounted and ready.
Ask me anything.
also, post your ruskie stuff
>>31507405
i'm jelly. Where do you usually buy your stuff?
>>31507405
Do you have any 6B51s? I'd like to get them for sake of authenticity but I'm curious if the Splav dots or xforms are better.
>you will never collect as hard as flandre
>>31507478
anywhere and everywhere. Some of the first emr stuff I bought back in 2013 I got from a russian seller I asked about it from ebay, it was expensive as shit back then, gen 1 btks.
2014 I got some winter gear from a guy in Crimea.
I've bought stuff from ebay, special Russian shop, 5,45 shop, dmitry's gear bakery etc.
got a 6b46 for $5 a few weeks ago from a guy who didn't know what he had.
Recently got a couple issued rigs from a Russian guy I know, got a 6b112 and 6b117 with the 25L packs with the issued numbering stamped onto the gear, still configured with the mag pouches right outa Syria.
>>31507534
I don't have the 6b51s, I just bought x forms, you see those used a whole lot by Russian soldiers, so it's not farb to use them.
>>31507596
Alright cool, I figure the had to be at least half decent since you see them everywhere but it's hard to be 100% about a lot of Russian manufacture. I bought a Zenitka 2 from Russian-thunder right before they went out of business and it was actually a pretty shitty flashlight to be honest. Managed to lose it a few weeks ago too
>>31507061
Just curious, where can I get cheap STSh-81s? I know, that sounds like an oxymoron but if you got any info it'd be nice.
>>31507835
I know greyshop had them for $68 usd, but they have sold out.
>>31507405
Why all EMR?
>>31507061
Does anyone have pictures of khaki and the newer grey SSO/SPOSN gear?
>>31507405
Delet this
>>31507659
yeah, I really like VKBO but pre vkbo kinda sucks alot
>>31507921
that's just my emr stuff lel, and I really like emr.

So to continue our conversation the other night (and to keep it short): assuming I know somebody in Russia, what would I be looking to pay for a green man kit?
>>31508196

>>31508136
flandre, i was gonna get gorka 4 for milsim west. should i get emr to fit in?
>>31507061
Tfw had budget for gear and then decided to buy a p30.
>>31507061
>>31508196
depends on what they charge I guess, also gotta be aware of replica stuff. Problem with most russian gear sellers is they either try and make money passing replica uniforms as real btk, or the ones that will sell you real shit no mater what tend to be slow on shipping.
I have found a lot of ebay sellers to be legit, just gotta message them and ask for the tags, if they know you know what is legit or not, they'll send you legit gear.
Typically, bare minimum: VKBO uniform, 6b23, 6sh112, helmet (6b28/27/7-1/7-1m/47), Faradei boots, VKBO belt
btk VKBO uniforms go for around $50 but you're probably going to spend closer to $80+ shipped for one.
6sh112 usually go for $150 with the 25L backpack, you can get that from Special Russian shop
6b23s typically go for $130+ used/issued. Just dig around on ebay or something. Demych's gear bakery many times has used ones in stock for pretty cheap.
helmets depend on what you are getting, modern 6b47 helmets go for like $140 I think, you can get ones like 6b7-1 helmets for less, Special Russian shop usually has the best price on real deal helmets, and also sells replicas, but they are slightly different geometry than the real deal so I wouldn't get a replica. My 6b27 replica is definitely geometrically different than my real 6b27.
special Russian shop has great prices on Faradei boots, low around $60 I bought mine years ago from a guy in Crimea and they've worked great.
other things to consider, Osprei goggles (TRACK), x form knee pads, gssh-01 ear pro, vkbo balaclava etc.
>>31508393
what group did you sign up for?
>>31508448
Fuck off Oxide
>>31508450
Still seems like it's under $1000, which doesn't seem all that bad. Guess I'll start asking my Russian buddy.
>>31508450
i just meant rusfor in general.
>>31508486
yeah, you can get everything for under $1000 for sure.
>>31508522
Ah, so not for this up comming game? I guess it depends on the game you are going to. This game each plt has specific requirements, which are fairly strict, although msw isn't too strict compared to eastwind and what not.
last game I played there were not too many people wearing emr, this game is a little different since we have an entire plt wearing emr, but we are the smallest plt at 35 players
>>31507061
What ya wearing? ;)
Do you know any good seller in ebay? I want to buy a gorka, any recommendation?
>>31507061
Where can I get a helmet like that?
Does anyone have a pinout diagram for Russian helmet comms? Want to solder a Kenwood connector for my Altyn.
>>31509225
Check out this site.
They ship international

>>31509265
Ebay.
>>31509533
Thanks for the link. Anyone know what's up with gorka sizing? Didn't see a size option.
Also that currency exchange rate could get me in trouble, I can't believe how inexpensive some of this stuff is.
>>31509533
shit is farb as fuck
>>31507405
Jesus fuck, I knew you had a lot but 5 sets? If that's even all of it?
>>31509949
Is the BARS manufactured Gorka more authentic?
Also, what are people wearing under their Gorka for warmth? I was looking at the modox fleece suit but now I'm concerned about quality/authenticity
>>31509029
-Maska-1sch helmet
-SPOSN Smersh SVD pouch set
-Canadian frag vest (not russian of course, its just there to make the helmet look less huge)
-SPOSN Gorka-S
>>31507061

Who needs an optic when you can't really see your own rifle anyway, amirite?
>>31510440
Nice, i like the helmet.
I actually was at the SSO/SPOSN factory last year. They have alot of good stuff but Bars is getting their Gorka game pretty strong too.
Maybe the most high quality gorka on the market in my opinion.

German mask with a Russian gp-5 filter
>Mfw they don't own any 90s gear
Anything 2003+ is pleb-tier COD kiddy fantasy shit.
>Look, he doesn't own any SMK!
>>31511515
Some of us want some semblance of not shitty armor. I love the fort defender and redouts but the 6b45 is a much better and more modern peice of armor, and it takes western plates. Also beslan was 2004 btw.
For you guys with gorka suits, do you recommend the ones with fleece linings?
>>31510694
Metal... Gear...!?
>>31512139
No, gorkas are an outer layer
You later underneath for warmth
If you get fleece you will have a heat stroke in any temps over 75-80℉
>>31512438
Ok, thanks. I'm looking for something to wear during winter that also satisfies my autism.
>>31512503
Wear the gorka as an outer layer and wool as a base
What ever else you want in between
>>31507061
Oh perfect timing. Took a gamble on pic related from Sportsman's Guide. Anyone know anything about it? Never seen that make/model before.

>>31513044
Nah dude Nugget Enterprises guarantees that Modox is literally the best of the best and blows BARS and SSO out of the water!
Also Ruskie D3cr Heavy
No love for slavshit night optics?
Well, to fill that gap, I own a lot.
-PNW-57a (polish PNV-57)
-PNV-57 (Russian)
-2 PNV-57Es (because I got them for cheap. One mounted on a helmet because why the fuck not?)
-Weird black navy night binoculars.
-Yukon NVRS 4x (because I got it REALLY cheap)
-1PN51 (My crown jewel, complete set in mint condition. According to the papers that came with it it was never issued to anyone)
Best part is that all these combined cost me less than 1000$.
Ain't got nothing on me, Collection has 2003-2004 Smersh, 2004 Sburya Parti harness, 2005-2008 "Cordura" Smersh, Maska, Original Type 1 Afghan Mabuta, Original Gorka 1, Afghanka and a lot more, pretty much have every single Afghan thing i can get...
>>31511535
>mfw I owned a full set of urban SMK, and the real deal, not the post 2000 dark grey/purple shit

>>31513101

>>31513752
You got it, hoss. Here's one I took in better light, I'll take some more of the rhino adapter.
As you can see, the transformer mount is rather... temporary, as of now.
>>31513101
Is the 57E that much better than the 57A? I was looking to grab one as a side project
>>31513859
57A is a gen 0 device and needs an IR light to work. Fun, but useless for any serious use. 57Es are pretty damn good gen 1+ devices, not necessarily great for operating, but definitely better than nothing. If it's all you can afford and you want NVGs, they're good entry level devices.
>>31513928
Here you can see the adapter I made. Crude, but it works. I do plan to make a more refined and prettier version mainly because this one is seriously ugly.
Do note that I had to file down the adjustment button catch thingy on the rhinoarm in order to fit on top of the device. It's a bit uncomfortable to use, but still works. I've seen some people mount theirs upside down to clear that problem, but that looks silly so I did things differently.
>>31513835
That set up for whatever reason makes muh dick diamonds
>>31513991
One more "beauty" shot of the ugly-ass adapter. Wonky to every possible direction, but miraculously still works.
>>31514019
What do you type in on ebay to find this stuff I've put in gen1 russian, etc and get shit thats expensive as fuck and or clearly not russkie
This thread is fucking delicious
>>31507061
Is the faceplate bullet resistant
>all that EMR
Fucking plebs use EMR, real ruskie operators use multicam with flags
>>31514059
PNV-57E works sometimes. I got one of mine from an european domestic auction site and lucked with the second one in a live auction with a few other goggles.
A few months back Kommandostore did a group buy from Europe, so there ought to be plenty on the market. Best bet is to be active and keep looking.
>>31514084
It would be extremely painful.
>>31514084
In theory it's supposed to stop 9x18 Mak, in reality you're safe from wind, spit and maybe water when wearing the Maska-1 "knight" type facemask helmet. The ZSh-1-2 type faceplates and the ones that UK Post breakes all the time are quite good when it comes to protection though.
>>31513101
nice collection fampai, I'm pretty jealous of the 1PN51.
>>31513859
>>31513928
57As are pretty great for airshit. If you get the Czech handheld 57H units, they can spot for the Ruskie/Polish "blind" units. Mix searchlights in and you get so much IR spam you can see it from space.

In theory for 9x18 Mak and lower, but that's just thoery.
Wonder why nobody lowers/wears facemasks on this type of helmet? Cause it has no sense.
>>31514176
What gorka do you have? SSO, Splav, Bars?
I personally have a SSO Gorka-3 and would fully recommend it - though I wouldn't buy Moskvas if I was you. I've got these, and have turned them into dust in about 3-4 months of everyday use, they aren't the USSR Moskvas.
>>31507405
fix that
Look what you guys made me do.
>>31514551
Is that greyshop?
If it is, I wouldn't recommend buying from them, you overpay a lot.
>>31514569
It is. I checked with a few sites including amazon, after factoring shipping costs greyshop was least expensive. I think the deciding factor was their gorka was on sale.
>>31514125
Actually maskas-1sch have level 2 faceshields, that's tok, not mak.
Altyns, k6-3, and all the polycarb visors are indeed rated for mak.
